The Small-Medium Armies League (SMAL) is built for emerging armies striving to make their mark in the Club Penguin community. SMAL creates a fair and competitive environment for growth, allowing rising armies to build experience, reputation, and strength before reaching major levels.
Created in 2026 in response to criticism about previous judging standards, the Army Judging Board (AJB) is an independent judging organization and board that seeks to unify judging and army leader representation into a single spot. The team consists of standard Judges, Apprentices, Senior Judges, and Head Judges. The current Directors are Pjayo & Cobra and the current Head Judges are Pjayo, Cobra, Greenvegetable & Bam117.
